Access to the Old Rectory in Twigworth is easy via motorways and rail links. We are 6 minutes from Gloucester Railway Station and 15 minutes from Cheltenham Spa Railway Station. The M5 is 6-7 minutes away (jcts 11A and 11). Bristol is about 45 minutes to the south and Birmingham similar to the north. Bristol and Birmingham airports are about an hour away. London is 2 hours, by road or rail. Trains run regularly from London Paddington to Gloucester and Cheltenham.

If you are coming from Gloucester /the south

From the roundabout at Longford on the northern ringroad around Gloucester (intersection A40 / A38), head north towards Tewkesbury up the A38. After approx ¾ mile you will see ahead of you (if daylight) a church. The Old Rectory is in a clump of trees immediately before the church. As you pass the BP petrol station on your left, slow down and indicate right, and turn right into the (slightly concealed) lane just before the church. The first gateway on the right is the entrance to the courtyard, just before the large grey/red Old Rectory itself.

From Tewkesbury /the north

Go right through Twigworth along the A38 until you reach the church on the left. Slow down as you reach the church. Immediately after the churchyard take a sharp left into a small lane. The first gateway on the right is the entrance to the courtyard, just before the large grey/red Old Rectory itself.
